American Packing & Gasket Holdings, LLC (APG) has joined the fluid conveyance group of brands that includes Stainless Hose Fittings (SHF), OmegaOne and Texcel. The addition expands the group’s presence in industrial specialty flow components.

Founded in southeast Texas in 1943 and operating today from Houston and Knoxville, Tenn., APG is a master distributor of sealing and fluid conveyance products, including O-rings, gaskets and couplings. In 1944, EVER-TITE, now owned by APG, patented the first cam and groove coupling, which was adopted by the U.S. military. APG maintains an inventory of more than 40,000 active SKUs supported by a network of OEM suppliers. The company also provides value-added services such as O-ring bagging, kitting and custom gasket fabrication for multiple end markets.

The addition of APG brings sealing and fluid conveyance product expertise, customer relationships and technical capabilities to the SHF, OmegaOne and Texcel platform. APG’s product portfolio and services complement the existing brands and provide additional resources for customers.

“APG is a strong addition to our growing family of specialty flow-control and sealing businesses,” said Jake Walker, CEO of SHF, OmegaOne, and Texcel. “By bringing APG together with our family of brands, we are expanding the breadth of products, technical expertise, and customer support we can deliver to our customers. Just as important, APG brings a topflight reputation, experienced team, and service-first culture that align closely with how we want to build this platform for the long term.”

Todd Farnsworth, CEO of APG, added: “Joining SHF, OmegaOne, and Texcel mark an exciting new chapter for APG. Our team’s commitment to service, quality, and long-standing customer relationships remains as strong as ever. With the added support, resources, and shared expertise of this platform, we have an even greater opportunity to build on APG’s legacy, accelerate our growth, and deliver more value to the customers who have trusted APG for generations.”

APG’s brand presence and service-focused approach add to the platform and support customers across the markets served.
