As of June 30, Christian Kienzle will hand over the operational responsibility of the ARGO-HYTOS Group, based in Baar, Switzerland. Mr. Kienzle has led the company as CEO since 1989. As of July 1, he will focus on the organizational and strategic orientation of the Group as Chairman of the Board of Directors, the highest representative of the company.

Mr. Kienzle will continue his duties as Chairman of the Fluid Power Association of VDMA, the German Mechanical Engineering Industry Association.
Erich Hofer will become the new CEO. Mr. Hofer has worked for ARGO-HYTOS in various positions for many years, since 2017 in the position as CFO. He will also maintain the CFO duties.
Dr. Marcus Fischer and Stefan Schindler complete the Management Board. Dr. Fischer, COO since 2016, is responsible for production plants in Germany, the Czech Republic, China and India. He is responsible for the entire value chain as well as for the innovation of the group of companies.
Stefan Schindler, CMO since 2020, is responsible for all sales companies and the sales of the production companies in the Sales & Marketing division. He is thus the central contact person for customers.
ARGO-HYTOS, with around 1,400 employees, develops and produces standard components and intelligent fluid-power systems, in particular for mobile hydraulics, at six production sites around the world.
