Austrian company HENN Group has acquired the business operations of Eisele Pneumatics in Waiblingen, Germany and Eisele Connectors Inc. in Michigan, on January 8. The transaction has now been successfully completed as planned on March 1. Eisele is now a subsidiary of HENN and thus also a part of the HENN Group.
As part of the HENN Group, Eisele will play a leading role in the continuous development of innovative connection solutions in various industrial segments. The two companies are not only united by a decades-long tradition in the development of innovative products and services, but also by a strong focus on the needs of customers and the delivery of the highest quality.
HENN is a manufacturer of quick-fit couplings for charge-air, water cooling applications and resonators.
