AW-Lake introduces TH Series high accuracy turbine flow meter

By Puja Mitra | February 5, 2026

Share

AW-Lake, a flow instrumentation manufacturer, announced the TH Series High Accuracy Turbine Flow Meter for precision liquid flow measurement in industrial applications. The meter features stainless-steel construction with precision machining and tight internal tolerances to support stable performance in continuous operation. It is designed for low-viscosity liquids such as oils, water and many process chemicals.

High measurement accuracy

  • Measuring accuracy is specified at ±0.5% under controlled conditions with linearization, with repeatability specified down to ±0.1% for consistent flow control.
  • This level of performance can support operations such as batching, dosing, blending and test stands where deviations may result in scrap or out-of-spec product.

Industrial-grade design

  • All-welded stainless-steel construction with hardened rotor support and precision bearings is intended for use in harsh, high-duty-cycle systems.
  • The design supports high operating pressures and a broad range of fluid temperatures for oilfield, process and general industrial service.

Flexible integration

  • Multiple line sizes and flow ranges support applications from low-flow test loops to high-flow transfer lines.
  • The turbine can be used with electronic displays, transmitters or wireless totalizers to interface with PLCs, DCS and plant historians.

The TH Series turbine flow meter is designed for liquid measurement applications that require accuracy, repeatability, fast response and a durable construction. For more information on sizing, configuration and integration, visit AW-Lake’s website or contact the technical sales team.

A note from the editor In our October issue of Fluid Power World, my commentary takes a look at the growing role of automation and sensors in mobile machinery, where OEMs are increasingly focused on automating specific functions and improving machine performance rather than chasing fully autonomous equipment. Josh Cosford gets cheeky comparing the auto…
