As of July 1, Frank Mühlon will assume the position of CEO at Bucher Hydraulics, succeeding Daniel Waller, who is retiring after 20 successful years in this role.
Waller, who has led Bucher Hydraulics as CEO since 2004, transformed the division into a globally recognized player in the hydraulics industry. Under his guidance, the company’s global presence was significantly expanded, mainly through successful expansions in the USA, India, and China. Strategic investments in modern production and assembly systems and the continuous development of electro-hydraulic solutions established Bucher Hydraulics as a key supplier for demanding applications.
Mühlon, 54 years old, brings impressive experience and expertise. Before joining Bucher Hydraulics, he was the CEO of ABB E-Mobility and accumulated over 20 years of experience at leading international industrial companies such as ABB and Bosch Automotive. His career has taken him to various countries, including Switzerland, Germany, China, and the United Kingdom. Mühlon will officially take on the CEO role on July 1, 2024, and become also a member of Group Management of Bucher Industries. With his extensive experience and strong industrial background, he will continue the company´s successful path and introduce new initiatives to further strengthen and expand Bucher Hydraulics’ position.
