Bucher Hydraulics is acquiring Hydman Oy based in Tampere, Finland. Hydman is a developer and manufacturer of tailored hydraulic manifold systems. With the acquisition, Bucher Hydraulics is substantially strengthening its organization in the Nordics markets with a dedicated workforce focused on the design of hydraulic solutions for specific customer requirements.
Hydman is a European developer and manufacturer of innovative and tailored hydraulic solutions and well-established in the Nordics market. Bucher Hydraulics and Hydman aim to jointly better support customers across Europe with innovative solutions, making it easier to combine individual components to a system. Supported by a strengthened organization and an improved market position, Bucher Hydraulics will also be able to better serve our customers in the Nordics region.
Hydman, a mainly founders-owned company, was established in 2008 and generates around EUR 13 million in revenues with approximately 40 employees. All employees will be welcomed to the Bucher Hydraulics family and the current leadership team will stay with the company. Hydman Oy will be rebranded to Bucher Hydraulics Oy.
