ContiTech, a group sector of Continental, has continued to expand use of its Customer Hub digital platform since its launch in December. The platform was developed to help customers and partners access tools, resources and product information more easily.
The platform provides a single digital space that combines multiple product groups and services in one interface. It is intended to make routine interactions more straightforward and support a more consistent customer experience across ContiTech’s partner network.
The launch of the Customer Hub is part of ContiTech’s broader strategy around material-driven solutions, with an emphasis on customer needs and shared value creation.
“The Customer Hub represents a significant step forward in how we support our customers and partners,” said Luis David Almanza, product manager, Industrial Solutions Americas, ContiTech. “Our goal is to be the first choice for material-driven solutions, and that requires a deep commitment to customer-centricity. By offering a unified, on-demand platform, we are enabling faster access to the tools and insights our partners need while opening new opportunities to create value together.”
Customers across ContiTech’s partner network are using the platform’s centralized features.
“The Customer Portal has been an intuitive resource for our marketing team,” said Kim Hunley, director of marketing at ARG Industrial, one of ContiTech’s distribution partners. “Having ready-to-use social media content, brand assets and marketing materials in one place made it easy to keep our related content consistent and on-brand. We’ve found it to be a beneficial tool that supports our efforts to promote Continental products across our channels.”
The Customer Hub gives users access to training, tools and product information through an interface available on desktop and mobile devices. With hundreds of active users, the platform serves as a self-service portal where partners can access materials, product data and support resources on their own.
Built on digital infrastructure, the platform is available 24/7 and is intended to help shorten response times. Its framework is designed to support updates and the addition of new features as customer needs change.
ContiTech expects the Customer Hub to play a larger role in collaboration, operational processes and digital interactions across its global partner network.
Since launch, the Customer Hub has been updated twice with changes to content and functionality based on customer usage and feedback. Frequently used features include the Marketing Hub, eLearning modules and digital specification sheet tools, which are used for customer engagement and technical support.
Future updates will focus on refreshed designs for key tools and a more consistent digital experience. Planned changes also include consolidating ContiTech’s digital tools through single sign-on, allowing customers to move across multiple data platforms with one account.
Looking ahead, future enhancements will focus on an updated look and feel for key tools, along with a more seamless digital experience. This includes the consolidation of ContiTech’s digital tool landscape through a single sign-on functionality, enabling customers to navigate across multiple data platforms using one unified account.
