The CG330/CG340 series of compressed gas filter regulators are designed to deliver accurate pressure control while ensuring near-zero atmospheric leakage under dynamic or steady-state flow conditions. These robust regulators are ideal for applications that must comply with strict fugitive emissions regulations, providing users with exceptional reliability, operational efficiency, and environmental safety.

Key features of the CG330/CG340 series

  • Low emission compliance: Ensures near-zero (less than 0.1 scfh (0.05 Nl/min) atmospheric leakage for regulatory adherence.
  • Durable construction: Built from die-cast aluminum alloy with an iridite and baked epoxy finish for long-term performance in harsh environments.
  • Versatile options: Available in 1/4 and 1/2 in. NPT port sizes, with output pressure ranges of 0-30 psig, 0-60 psig, and 0-120 psig to meet various application requirements.
  • Enhanced filtration (CG330): Features a standard 40-micron filter with an optional 5-micron upgrade for superior air quality, along with an automatic drain system to prevent corrosion and reduce maintenance.
  • Compact design (CG340): Lightweight, space-efficient design with precise pressure regulation across variable flow rates and supply pressures.
  • Broad media compatibility: Handles air, inert gas, and sweet natural gas within temperature limits of 0°F to 160°F (manual drain) or 32°F to 160°F (automatic drain).
  • Applications: The CG330/CG340 regulators are ideal for industries such as oil and gas, chemical processing, and any operation where precise pressure regulation and environmental safety are critical.

Where are we in the tariffs tug-of-war? It feels like we’ve been talking about tariffs for months now, with the constant, will they or won’t they take effect? Josh Cosford penned an opinion piece a few weeks ago on this very topic, sharing his thoughts from north of our border as we waited for impending…
