CONEXPO Latin America is returning to Santiago, Chile and will be held October 2-5, 2019. The event targets industry professionals involved in all segments of the construction industry.
The exhibition features the latest equipment, products and technologies for the Latin America marketplace to increase productivity, reduce downtime and enhance safety and sustainability. Show visitors can meet with leading international and regional companies ready to help them find the best products and solutions to grow their businesses.
Starting with 2019, CONEXPO Latin America moves to a three-year show cycle. Exhibit space sales for CONEXPO Latin America 2019 open in March 2018. The priority deadline for exhibitors to obtain early-bird space rates and priority space assignment is August 3, 2018.
CONEXPO Latin America owner and producer is the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM), also owner and producer of the internationally known CONEXPO-CON/AGG, held every three years in Las Vegas.
CONEXPO Latin America serves as the manufacturer-run, regional platform for construction industry stakeholders to conveniently meet and share the latest product innovations and best practices. A committee of manufacturers strategically guides and advises the exhibition working through AEM to find the best way to serve the industry.
“Latin America is an important business region for many AEM members and exhibitors; our manufacturer committee oversees show planning to offer an unparalleled opportunity for the region’s construction industry to gather and to help ensure a positive experience for all industry stakeholders,” said Massami Murakami, Director of Dealer Development, Commercial Management and Regional Sales Support of Volvo Construction Equipment and chair of AEM’s Latin America Regional Management Committee.
CONEXPO Latin America 2019 is co-located with Edifica, and AEM has worked cooperatively for nearly 20 years with the Chilean Chamber of Construction, which developed and owns Edifica. Industry issues have included safety, standards, market information and trade promotion.
“We value our long and productive relationship with the Chamber and our mutual commitment to advance the growth and prosperity of the construction industry. Our co-location continues to further our common goal of bringing together manufacturers, channel partners and customers in events of real value,” said Petra Kaiser, AEM Senior Director of Exhibitions.
“This cooperative relationship provides a holistic show experience for attendees by offering access to all the various industry and product segments represented by the co-located exhibitions,” said Fred Vieira, AEM Event Manager, Latin America.
AEM successfully launched CONEXPO Latin America in 2015 to bring the CONEXPO world-class experience and advanced technologies that the CONEXPO brand represents direct to the region, with access to the equipment manufacturers and product experts.
AEM is committed to providing members and exhibitors with a CONEXPO-quality platform for showcasing their products and business solutions to the regional marketplace that best assists customers as the regional economy starts to show signs of recovery, added Vieira.
