The Equipment Service Association (ESA) is holding a special monthly webinar on December 21, “Building an Automotive Services Equipment Business” presented by Dan Turner, of Turner Hydraulics.
In this webinar, ESA members will learn how to diversify their offerings and gain economies in the use of resources, from sales to cross-trained techs, to customer service and bookkeeping. Turner will stress how important it is to understand that repairing “garage equipment” can lead to sales and installations worth millions of dollars each year.
Turner is a former ESA president and current board member. He is an accredited instructor for the IFPS. He has taught courses in local community colleges and trade schools and presented at seminars for the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture, ASME, and numerous other groups.
