FORCE America Color-LogoFORCE America announced today that it has achieved ISO 9001:2008 certification for its Valve Manufacturing, LLC division located in Alexandria, Minn. The scope of FORCE America’s certification, issued through TUV Rheinland of North America, Inc., includes the design, manufacturing, machining and supply chain of integrated hydraulic circuits and spool valves.

ISO certification standards provide guidance and tools for companies and organizations to ensure that their products and services consistently meet customers’ requirements and that quality is continually improved. The goal is to ensure customers receive consistently high-quality products and services. FORCE America is committed to manufacturing the highest quality integrated hydraulic circuits and dedicated to continual improvement.

“This is an important milestone for FORCE America,” said John Stenz, President and CEO of FORCE America, Inc. “It’s a rigorous process to become ISO 9001 certified. Our Employee Owners worked very hard to demonstrate that our Valve Manufacturing meets the requirements. Not only does that make us feel confident that we’re designing and producing the highest quality valves and manifolds, it assures our customers the same.”

FORCE America is a 100% employee-owned company.
