PreCise MRM, a subsidiary of Force America Inc., has acquired MarshallGIS. Based in Boise, Idaho, MarshallGIS is a nationally recognized Platform as a Service (PaaS) provider focused on connecting managers to valuable information about their mobile operations. The acquisition blends PreCise MRM’s tremendous depth with GPS based fleet management and MarshallGIS’s expertise in enterprise integration with business systems to provide public and private sector customers with a comprehensive and flexible solution.

FORCE America Color-LogoMarshallGIS was founded in 1994 providing GIS consulting services to municipal governments and utilities. Recognizing the need to integrate GIS with Enterprise Asset Management business systems, MarshallGIS developed best practices to integrate solutions such as Infor, Cityworks, Lucity, and Maximo.

Taking advantage of innovation in GPS and other geospatial technologies, MarshallGIS launched the LiGO platform to provide a central integration point for enterprise systems in Public Works, Utilities and Emergency Response organizations. From work order management to integration of driver identification technology, MarshallGIS provides many innovations to enterprises.

“Combining MarshallGIS with PreCise MRM provides an amazing synergy unlocking incredible potential for our customers,” said John Stenz, Chairman and CEO of Force America. “Force America already has a significant presence in municipal and public works organizations across North America. PreCise MRM delivers an in-depth GPS/AVL solution providing mobile fleet managers with a high quality, purpose driven tool for managing their fleet. MarshallGIS expands that focus to provide integration with other critical enterprise systems enabling our customers to make better decisions with a complete picture of their enterprise.”

“The entire MarshallGIS team is excited about this opportunity,” said Elizabeth Marshall, CEO of MarshallGIS. “The MarshallGIS and PreCise MRM teams are complementary and together will make great things happen for our mutual customers in the world of intelligent mobile systems.”

Following the acquisition, MarshallGIS will be combined with PreCise MRM operations in the Boise, Idaho area. The MarshallGIS employees will join the nearly 400 proud employee owners of Force America, Inc.
