OEM Controls will be showcasing its mobile controls offerings, including its dual-axis controller and custom solutions at this year’s Fluid Power Technology Conference at the Milwaukee School of Engineering. Attendees can learn more about these devices at OEM’s booth throughout the event.
New HJS24 dual-xis controller
OEM Controls has introduced the new HJS24 controller. Its primary purpose is used as a friction or hold in place position for throttle type applications. The construction is similar to the company’s other products with heavy-duty cast metal housing, but what makes the HJS24 so special is the extremely rugged friction hold assembly. It continuously adapts to potential wear and maintains the ideal friction hold assembly. The shaft is a large 12-mm diameter capable of running multiple wires down and utilizing virtually all of our multi-function grip handles. Examples of types of applications include—but are not limited to—rollers, aggregation, combines, and sprayers.
Custom solutions in motion
OEM Controls has been specializing in design and development of electro-mechanical controllers and control systems for over 50 years. The company’s core products include single and multi-axis joystick controllers, foot pedals, ergonomically designed multi-function grip handles, electronic valve driver boards, microprocessor-based logic controllers and integrated panel systems. With over 20 customizable joystick controllers and more than 16 different style handles to choose from, it is easy to configure and customize each product to the individual customer specifications.
Customized handles for all applications
OEM Controls has an exceptionally large line of handles that range in style, shape, and size. The company also has the ability to design new handles based on any look or feel customers need.
OEM’s ergonomic handles are designed to last and make the job easier for operators. The more ergonomic a controller is, the less likely an operator is to feel fatigue in their hands.
Keypads are an ideal alternative to create the look, feel and functionality required for a particular machine. Utilizing these keypads not only improves lifespan and durability, but it can also help create a brand specific to our customers.
