Hartfiel Automation has acquired Fiero Fluid Power. Fiero Fluid Power has served their customers in the Rocky Mountain area with excellent pneumatic, automation, motion control, robotics, and instrumentation products since its founding in 1984.

Hartfiel-Automation-logoFiero Fluid Power has two full-service stocking locations: Denver and Salt Lake City. From those offices, Fiero serves Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, and eastern Nevada.

Michael T. Brooks, President and CEO of Fiero Fluid Power, said, “I want to thank my loyal, hardworking team of 53 for helping grow the business from a fledgling organization of four people in 1984 to the first class operation it is today. I also want to assure our customers and vendors that they will be in good hands with Hartfiel Automation, who has been in business for 60 years. This has been a long, challenging but enjoyable journey, driving the business growth and expanding into new markets with new exciting customers along the way. Our dedicated team will be here to serve our customers and vendors under the leadership of the Hartfiel team going forward. Happy New Year!”

Myron Moser, CEO of Hartfiel Automation, added, “I’ve known Mike Brooks and his company since 1990. He has been a friend and a fellow colleague in the MDN for many years. Mike Brooks and his Leadership Team have built a strong company of talented people. We are excited to have them join us, and together write the next chapter in Fiero’s successful story!”

Patrick L. Schusted, President of Hartfiel Automation, observed, “Building off of a strong customer-centric culture, the new Fiero Automation will be in a great position to service and grow in the Rocky Mountain Region. Hartfiel Automation, combined with Fiero Automation, will continue to provide Innovative Automation Solutions to customers in 19 States through our nine Sales locations.”

The new entity will be doing business as Fiero Automation.

For over 60 years, Hartfiel Automation has been a specialized, high-tech provider of pneumatics, motion and mobile control solutions. Hartfiel Automation has continued to diversify its service by adding product offerings in hydraulics, aluminum extrusions, robotics and automation solutions.
