ITT Inc.’s Enidine and Compact Automation brands will present a range of motion control products for automation applications at Automate 2026, taking place June 22-25 at McCormick Place in Chicago. Visitors to Booth #4209 will be able to review actuation, cylinder, shock absorption and vibration isolation products intended for industrial systems.

“We are excited to return to Automate to showcase our broad portfolio of motion control technologies that help customers improve operational performance and solve complex automation challenges,” said Greg Herman, executive director, GM Industrial at ITT Connect and Control Technologies. “From energy absorption and vibration isolation to highly configurable actuation solutions, our products are designed to maximize reliability, reduce downtime, and support the evolving needs of industrial automation applications.”

Enidine

Enidine will present product lines and sizing software for energy absorption, vibration isolation and noise attenuation in industrial motion control systems used across manufacturing applications.

Products on display will include:

  • Corrosion Resistant Shocks (CRS) Series: Stainless steel small-bore industrial shock absorbers available in adjustable and non-adjustable versions for harsh-environment and washdown applications.
  • Platinum Extended Range (PXR) Series: Nickel-plated small-bore hydraulic shock absorbers designed to handle a range of energy input conditions in applications such as conveyor systems, sortation systems, packaging equipment and material handling equipment.
  • Heavy-Duty (HD/HDN) Series: Heavy-duty shock absorbers designed to help protect personnel and equipment from large impacts and support equipment service life.
  • Wire Rope and Compact Wire Rope Isolators: All-metal wire rope isolation products for vibration damping up to 100,000 lbs., with multiple mounting configurations for industrial electronics and processing equipment.
  • Enisize Product Sizing Software: A cloud-based tool that allows users to select and size product models for specific applications, including configuration options for standard shock absorbers, wire rope isolators and rate controls.

Compact Automation

Compact Automation will present configurable actuation and cylinder products designed to provide positioning control for motion control and automation tasks.

  • Products featured at the show will include:
  • Round Line (RL) Cylinders: Stainless steel cylinders with configurable options for different motion control requirements and reduced maintenance needs.
  • Rotary Actuators: Turn-Act rotary vane actuators built around a single moving part to provide zero backlash, no loss of motion and smooth rotation over service life.
  • Inch Cylinders: Customizable cylinders with a compact form factor and multiple mounting options for different application requirements.
  • NIASA Electric Actuators: Electromechanical actuators developed in partnership with NIASA for linear movement across different speed conditions.
  • Magnetic Grippers: Pneumatically operated grippers with an integrated magnet for handling ferromagnetic materials such as iron or steel, including during loss of operating air pressure.

A note from the editor In our October issue of Fluid Power World, my commentary takes a look at the growing role of automation and sensors in mobile machinery, where OEMs are increasingly focused on automating specific functions and improving machine performance rather than chasing fully autonomous equipment. Josh Cosford gets cheeky comparing the auto…
