Noshok is pleased to announce strategic reorganization in its regional sales and customer support teams, effective immediately.
Mike Howard is the company’s new Great Lakes Regional Sales Manager. Howard has been a member of the Noshok Customer Support Team for more than two years. Prior to his role in Customer Support, he worked in Noshok’s shipping and receiving, as well as production departments.
Since his employment with Noshok in 2013, Howard has demonstrated an impressive work ethic and a tenacious drive to succeed in every role he has taken on. His extensive experience in multiple departments at NOSHOK, positive attitude, and commitment to Noshok customer success makes him ideal for this role.
In his role as Great Lakes Regional Sales Manager, Howard will be primarily responsible for the territory coverage in Ohio, Indiana and Michigan.
Alan (Dan) Strait, Noshok’s Production Supervisor – Electronics since 2015, will shift to the role of Customer Support Specialist.
Strat’s hands-on experience as Production Supervisor – Electronics has given him extensive product knowledge that will make him a valuable asset to the Noshok Customer Support team. Alan served in the United States Marine Corps for 22 years prior to his employment with Noshok, where he developed expertise in communication and training, worldwide logistics and inventory management. He is currently pursuing degrees in Electrical Engineering and Automation, which will also bolster his knowledge base as an asset to the Noshok team.
