Singer Industrial has acquired Wilmington Rubber & Gasket Co. Inc., Wilmington, North Carolina. This strategic acquisition enhances Singer Industrial’s footprint in the Southeastern United States and reinforces its commitment to providing high-quality products and services to a diverse range of industries.
Founded in 1985, Wilmington Rubber & Gasket provides industrial rubber products, including hoses, gaskets, packing, belting, plastics, and pumps. The company offers custom hose assemblies, rubber and plastic fabrication, and operates a full-service waterjet cutting shop. It serves industries such as pulp and paper, chemical, marine, power, nuclear, utility, and construction.
