SPX Flow opens two new service centers in Louisiana

SPX Flow Calibration OperationSPX Flow has announced the opening of two new, state-of-the-art Bolting Rental Service Centers in Louisiana. Conveniently located in the cities of Sulphur and Gonzales, the new facilities offer a full rental fleet including hydraulic torque wrenches, spring return tensioners, nut splitters, pneumatic torque guns, hydraulic pumps, impact sockets and other ancillary equipment, along with a comprehensive range of services. Customers will benefit from fast response times and 24/7 emergency support.

SPX Flow Bolting Systems is a full service, global OEM manufacturer of controlled bolting solutions. Alongside rentals, the new service centers offer complete calibration services for pump gauges, torque wrenches, clicker wrenches and pneumatic torque guns. They further provide a comprehensive repair service for torque and tensioning tooling and all SPX Flow hydraulic pump units, including private label units. Rental tooling ranges are available in sizes from 7/8-in. A/F to 6 1/8-in. A/F.

SPX Flow Bolting Systems solutions are widely used in the energy sector for downstream oil & gas applications including reactors, valves, vessels and all flanged connections; upstream subsea pipelines and blowout preventer (BOP) and nipple up applications, as well power generation applications including turbine generators and cross over piping. The business helps to drive industry standards for bolting systems, with its innovative, robust and efficient solutions.

The new centers are part of SPX Flow’s continuing strategy to enhance customer experience and support and are aimed at helping maximize process availability and reduce project or maintenance times.
