Texcel wraps up 2025 with division relaunch and several new and enhanced products

As 2025 comes to a close, Texcel has offered an update on its milestone year of innovation and expansion. The industrial rubber expert has completed a strategic relaunch of Texcel’s Fluid Sealing division, introduced six new products across core lines, and enhanced an existing product.

Texcel’s Fluid Sealing division underwent a transformative relaunch in 2025, starting with a renaming to Texcel Flat Goods. The relaunch, branded under the slogan “Cut with Confidence,” includes the introduction of Fabric Finished Red Rubber and 80D NEO — two new products tailored to meet the evolving needs of OEMs, fabricators, and distributors. The updated portfolio reflects Texcel’s dedication to quality, versatility, and customer-driven innovation.

Katina Yoakum, Marketing Director, explained that the rebrand was done to better reflect Texcel’s core product line and restore its reputation as an innovator in sheet rubber solutions. “Originally, Texcel operated exclusively as a sheet rubber company. We were the first U.S company to cut skirtboard products to the industry standard of today, establishing ourselves as an innovator of the flat goods industry. However, over the past thirty years, the division fell to the wayside, both in inventory and overall industry presence,” Yoakum said. “This rebrand was part of a strategic overhaul that included improving inventory quality, adding missing standard products, correcting website inaccuracies, and redefining our brand image to increase awareness among gasket houses, fabricators, and distributors.”
The new rubber products introduced under this relaunch are primarily used in gasket and sealing applications for fluid and material transfer systems. They serve critical roles across multiple industries, including oil & gas, food & beverage, marine, and general industrial sectors. These products help ensure reliable sealing in pumps, valves, and piping systems where durability and precision are essential.

New this year to its Hydraulic division, was the HBMF1, a new marine fuel hose engineered for durability and compliance with stringent marine standards. This addition strengthens Texcel’s position in the fluid power market and expands its reach into specialized environments.
Texcel’s Industrial hose line added three new lines in 2025. The company introduced EcoBlast, DEF Hose, and Tex-Colossal — industrial hose products designed for demanding applications in construction, agriculture, and manufacturing. Additionally, a key product enhancement, improving the quality while lowering the price, has been implemented with their improved red and blue PVC Layflat hose, offering greater flexibility and longevity to meet the needs of high-volume operations.
Texcel launched four new hose to its hydraulics and industrial divisions, including its HBMF1 marine fuel hose, EcoBlast, DEF Hose, and Tex-Colossal hoses.
“2025 has been a testament to our team’s commitment to innovation and customer success,” said Jake Walker, CEO of SHF, Texcel, and OmegaOne. “Every move we’ve made this year reflects our mission to deliver superior solutions that drive our industry forward.”
Amanda Barnes, Senior Director of Product Development, added, “Our product development strategy this year was laser-focused on solving real-world challenges. Every new launch was driven by customer feedback and rigorous testing to ensure we’re delivering not just products, but performance.”
