Tribute Inc. has added new functionality to its flagship business management software for the fluid power, motion control and automation distribution marketplace.
New functionality has been added to TrulinX Software in 2017 that enhances its powerful system for tracking and managing of inventory, labor, and burden to the component level for industrial distributors who have fabrication operations.
A comprehensive Item Master Inquiry screen has been added, creating a one-stop shop for item overview, transaction, and status information. In addition, the ability to create special price agreements for those occasions where your supplier offers a purchasing discount to you for goods that you buy for specified customers.
Users can now import quotes with specific fields such as price override, source from, ship direct, create a planned PO, commission cost, required date, promise date, shipping method, and comments. Users can also import defined Bills of Material into TrulinX and designate BOMs as active or inactive.
The current release has added functionality for the RMA, EDI, barcoded receiving, and Parker sales reporting and rebate processes and now also allows users to control their own system parameters. Customers can also utilize Positive Pay with several financial institutions
