Versa Products announces leadership changes

Versa Products Co. Inc. is pleased to announce strategic changes to its leadership team. These changes underscore Versa’s  commitment to driving growth, fostering innovation, and maintaining its reputation for delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Rob Healey has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer (COO) and will play a pivotal role in advancing Versa’s operational efficiency and strategic objectives. In his new role as COO, Healey will oversee multiple critical functions within Versa as part of a phased transition. Rob has recently taken on responsibility for the quality department. His leadership scope will expand in early to mid-2025 to include marketing and inside sales, with further oversight of assembly, manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering planned for late 2025 into 2026.

“Rob has demonstrated exceptional strategic vision and operational expertise,” said Jan Larsson, CEO. “I am confident in his ability to lead these critical functions and support Versa’s ambitious goals for growth, quality, and customer satisfaction. His leadership will be instrumental in driving our continued success and strengthening Versa’s legacy of excellence.”

Gus Badia, Versa’s Chief Financial Officer, will take on expanded responsibilities, including oversight of IT and business applications. This evolution of his role reflects his deep understanding of Versa’s strategic objectives and his ability to leverage technological advancements to drive organizational efficiency and foster innovation.
