VIS Hydraulics is thrilled to announce its acquisition of the Milan-based company GBC Srl has been finalized. GBC Srl specializes in the design and production of overmolded electrical windings, primarily serving the fluid power industry. To complete the integration into the VIS Hydraulics Group, the company has been renamed VIS Coils. The headquarters and operations will remain in Milan.
