The curriculum of this internationally accredited course is based on the CE process and covers key aspects of machine safety, including foundational standards, risk assessment under EN ISO 12100 and performance level calculations.

The course covers the application of safety-critical sensor technology in accordance with standards, as well as validation and verification processes based on EN ISO 13849-2. In partnership with Ross Controls, Wieland Electric ensures the course includes both electrical and pneumatic or hydraulic safety topics. The modular structure allows the training content and duration to be adjusted based on participants’ experience and requirements.
