Work Truck Week 2021 will be held online March 8-12, offering product updates, demos, online conferences and virtual exposition.
The Work Truck Show, which was probably one of the last events any fluid power professionals attended last year, is now Work Truck Week. NTEA – The Association for the Work Truck Industry has reimagined Work Truck Week 2021 (WTW21) to be a new online event for the commercial vehicle industry March 8–12. The event will include exclusive product updates from work truck OEMs, industry-specific educational sessions, opportunities to connect with leading manufacturers and suppliers, and a media day. Participating companies will share the latest information on work trucks, equipment and other new products through their listings, which may include live demos, presentations, visuals and downloadable content, as well as contact information.

WTW21 is a reimagined way to connect the commercial vehicle community and to provide the product news, market trends and operational insights the industry has come to expect from The Work Truck Show in a virtual environment. WTW21 will also include components of the popular Green Truck Summit in the form of Green Hour educational sessions and Advanced Chassis Update Sessions from battery electric vehicle manufacturers. During OEM Update Sessions, leading work truck chassis manufacturers will share the latest chassis specifications and options, as well as future commercial vehicle plans. OEMs that produce battery electric chassis will discuss features and benefits of these vehicles from a technical and upfitting perspective during the Advanced Chassis Update Sessions on Friday.
The WTW21 educational lineup includes analysis of relevant economic and market trends with presentations from Steve Latin-Kasper, NTEA senior director of market data and research; Tim Campbell, managing director of Campbells Consultancy; and Andrej Divis, director, automotive, global heavy truck research for IHS Markit. Other sessions include Building Better Vehicle Specs, Implications of Vehicle Certification Labeling Requirements, and Work Trucks and Trailering – Are You Prepared? Green Hour sessions will highlight new technology and efforts to move to a zero-emission environment.
