Pobuda will assume sales leadership in both Force America distribution and manufacturing.

Robert Pokrzywa has been promoted to the position of Vice President of Distribution. Pokrzywa joined Force America in 1986 and has served in virtually every aspect of distribution over his 33 years of service. His passion for developing people has been a key factor in the growth of the company. Pokrzywa will be responsible for all aspects of distribution including customer service, supply chain, training, and field service.

Eric Holland has been promoted to the position of Vice President of Manufacturing. Upon earning degrees in both Industrial Engineering and Business Management, Holland joined Force America in 1997. He has been instrumental in the development, growth and integration of each of the businesses within the company’s manufacturing divisions with a particular emphasis on lean manufacturing and continuous improvement. Holland will lead manufacturing and logistics efforts company-wide.

Matthew Loeffler has been promoted to the position of Vice President of Products and Engineering. With a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA, Loeffler brought Fortune 500 and high tech experience to Force America when he joined in 2010. Since that time, he has led engineering and product management teams and was a key contributor to the ERP implementation completed in 2016. Mr. Loeffler will focus on strategic products, partnerships and the long-term vision for Force America solutions.

“Each of these gentlemen brings different experiences and a unique perspective to our executive leadership team,” said John Stenz, Chairman and CEO. “What they have in common though is a passion for developing our people to think like employee owners.
