Fort Worth, Tex.-based Hydradyne LLC has announced that late last year it completed an agreement to acquire Hydraulic House Inc.
Hydraulic House is headquartered in Orlando, Fla. and also has a branch location in Dothan, Ala. The company offers hydraulic components, fluid connector products, and in-house service and repair for hydraulic equipment. This addition to Hydradyne’s existing network of wholesale distribution, retail stores, fabrication, and repair centers across the southern United States—approximately 30 in all—will enhance the company’s business vision regarding customer experience, according to the company.
“Hydradyne will strengthen Hydraulic House by offering our broad and deep product lines to its local customers,” said Hydradyne President David Parks. “In turn, Hydradyne will utilize Hydraulic House’s expertise and veteran sales team to offer exceptional service and customer support in central Florida, southern Alabama, and the Florida Panhandle.”
