During an operations break-down, shipping next day for H, LH, and A Series NFPA tie rod cylinders brings crucial relief to manufacturers. This new program is an extension of Milwaukee Cylinder’s popular 5-Day Quick-Ship program that was launched in 2019. The vast majority of typically ordered standard tie rod cylinders are approved for next day shipping — some restriction do apply.
When a manufacturing process takes unexpected downtime, cost can be huge for a manufacturer. Lost sales and late delivery penalties can quickly accumulate to thousands of dollars, putting extreme pressure on management to restart the process. “We are especially proud of our Quick-Ship 1 Program,” said Douglas Lacina, President of Milwaukee Cylinder. “Helping customers recover from a break-down is critical, and our team and processes are geared up to provide our high quality, made-to-order cylinders next day.”
