Registration is now open for the NFPA 2019 Cleveland Regional Meeting, taking place over breakfast from 8:00 – 10:00 a.m. on Monday, November 18. This year’s meeting is presented in conjunction with Fluid Power World’s Fluid Power Technology Conference.
In addition to the quality, casual networking these meetings are known for, a special presenter will be announced shortly.
The meeting will be followed by an in-depth workshop presented by Tom Wanke, Director of the Milwaukee School of Engineering’s Fluid Power Industrial Consortium and Industry Relations.This is the third year Wanke will be providing his “Fluid Power Basics Workshop” to FPTC attendees. This introductory level workshop will cover the benefits and challenges of using fluid power systems for power transmission and motion control. Physical laws that govern how and why fluid power systems function will be discussed. Individual components that comprise a fluid power system; including design and operational performance characteristics will be covered. ISO symbology used for representing individual components will be covered. The workshop will conclude with a brief overview of circuit architectures.
Attendees to the NFPA Regional meeting will receive a discount on FPTC registration fees.
NFPA Regional Meetings are free and open to everyone regardless of their geographic area. Members, non-members, customers, distributors, and suppliers are encouraged to attend.
