Tie rod cylinders feature linear cushioning

By Fluid Power World Editor | May 9, 2017

merkle cylinderZHZ Series of tie-rod cylinders have maximum operating pressure of 160 bar, piston diameters from 25 mm to 200 mm. The DIN/ISO 6020/2 compatible cylinders feature multiple mounting options, are equipped with linear cushioning. Ground, hardened and hard chrome-plated piston rods are standard, and are equipped with Viton seal as a standard, as well.

Other features include:
• Tie rod rolled
• Interchangeable assembly dimensions
• Easy and quick maintenance and installation
• Quick availability

These cylinders can move large masses at high speeds without any problem, and can brake them again within a very short period of time. This increases not only performance, but also the efficiency of the cylinder. This linear cushioning requires no adjustment, so no adjustment errors are possible.
