Air-Way Global Manufacturing has announced that the company has achieved International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 14001:2015 Environmental Management certification. The company had been pursuing this certification since Fall of 2016 and is excited to announce the final approval from ISO. They add this certification to their existing ISO 9001:2008 certification as well.
“Our entire staff has played a role in this achievement,” said Mark Place, Air-Way Vice President. “It is because of the hard work of our employees and dedication to improving our processes that we were able to qualify for this certification, and further demonstrate that Air-Way Manufacturing is committed to being a high quality, global manufacturer.”

The ISO 14001 Certification achievement means that the company has demonstrated improvement in resource efficiency, reduction in waste, and that the organization will continue to maintain its focus on sustainability and environmental consciousness.
ISO 14001:2015 Certification provides clear guidelines and values for organizations to adhere to in managing and measuring their environmental responsibilities, including establishing and implementing an effective Environmental Management System, which includes: enhancement of environmental performance, fulfillment of compliance obligations, and achievement of environmental objectives.
