John Campbell has been named the new President of Hydrotech Inc., a company committed to providing the best and most reliable fluid power and automation products, solutions, and services in the industry. An experienced business leader from the fluid power industry, Campbell will succeed Mike Tonyan and officially assume responsibilities on January 3, 2022. Tonyan will remain as a valued member of the Hydrotech leadership team, assuming a newly created role as Chief Sales Officer.
Campbell brings with him many years of leadership experience and business acumen. His previous role was as President of Clippard Instrument Laboratory Inc., a pioneer in miniature pneumatics. During that period, he also served on the board of the National Fluid Power Association (NFPA).
Campbell received a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto as well as Executive Education at the Kellogg School of Business. He has also served as an active Board member of several small and mid-sized privately held businesses in the mid-west.
In addition to a robust succession plan, Hydrotech is very intentional on mapping out new strategies and innovations in our industry. The company says it is fully engaged to continue to transform its business in new ways.
